Now, that's what I'm talking about!
This is snow! Not a dusting, not some anemic snowfall melting before noon, but a gorgeous fluffy white covering of everything under the sky. We have gotten more than a foot and it is still snowing. My DH even couldn't get in to work today, that is unheard of! We did lose power for a short while. That wasn't cool, but luckily it came back on rather quickly. I took a few photos so here is a peek at what it's like in my world right now.

Jen, all the homes around us have at least an acre. Most of ours is in the back in the woods and the lots are longer than wide so our neighbors are close enough to "holler" at and walk over to visit with.
That is pretty! We had snow on Sun/Mon, and now it's over 80 degrees here today! Definitely NC weather! Your snow looks so pretty!
I don't like snow but this is beautiful. You have a wonderful view at your house. I would like it if I didn't have to work and I there was no chance that my power would go out.
